- Brief:
- The construction of a new build 3 storey office building with ground floor retail units within a conservation area. This project was constructed to robust details in line with the planning requirements of the Cheshire conservation area, the quality of construction being of prime importance as the building was on the forefront of a charming village main road. The project was carried out in a severely restricted site with only 500mm of working space margins around the building for scaffolding and materials. The site was located on a busy but narrow village main road on a sloping site and the rear of the building was restricted by a 6m high retaining wall.
