- Conversion of existing offices and a new 2 storey steel frame to create 168no. new student apartments, including communal recreational areas – reception, gym, study zones, lounge, shared kitchen, private dining, cycle store. Existing telecommunications antennae on the roof created some challenges which Colbre played a big part in helping the client to overcome.
