- To refurbish and rectify balustrades and balconies for insurance purposes. Liaising with both the Management committee and the Insurance company was essential to provide a cohesive timeframe of work as the intrusive nature of the work would impact greatly on the tenant’s lifestyle. An external scaffolding was provided over the 9 floors to provide access to all balconies. metalwork had to be stripped and a new system was designed to prevent rust and excessive movement.
